This is an open-cell cushion that is 6.5 inches long by 3 inches that flares out to 3 3/8 inches to the ends. The opening for the shaft is 13/16" and accommodates the common 7/8" inversion table ankle cushion shaft. This is a fairly dense comfortable cushiony open cell design.
